Your Role as an Acquisition Manager

The Acquisition Manager at XO Angels is vital, overseeing the client acquisition process from initial contact to closing. You would set up and qualify potential clients for closing calls, which are carried out by the leadership team, and manage communications between the agency and clients during preliminary stages. Leading a team of Virtual Assistants (VAs) ensures a seamless acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities

Setting/Qualification Calls: Conduct initial calls with potential clients, gathering detailed creator information to assess collaboration benefits.

Client Communication: Handle client interactions on social media and chat platforms like Instagram and WhatsApp to schedule and guide initial calls.

Team Management: Oversee a team of Philippine-based VAs responsible for lead generation and maintaining prospect flow.

KPI Tracking: Track acquisition KPIs to optimize processes and identify bottlenecks, ensuring workflow efficiency.

Requirements

Experience in Sales or Client Acquisition: Demonstrable success in sales, client acquisition, or similar roles within fast-paced environments.

Strong Communication Skills: Confident in written and verbal forms, adept at building rapport and managing objections. Social media familiarity is a plus.

Organizational Skills: Capable of prioritizing tasks to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Team Management Experience: Experience in managing remote teams, particularly VAs, is desirable.



Analytical Skills: Skilled in KPI tracking and analysis to drive process optimization and bottleneck resolution.

Tech-Savvy: Knowledgeable in CRM tools and organizational software for client acquisition processes.

Adaptability and Problem-Solving Skills: Quick to adapt and proactive in addressing challenges in dynamic environments.

English Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English skills for effective communication.

Availability: Flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones.

Personality Traits: Proactive, results-oriented, and driven to deliver quality work. Professional and client-focused attitude.
