Improving conversion rates among free users transitioning to trial accounts and those moving from trial to paid subscriptions.
Increasing user engagement with the product and reducing churn through enhanced education and onboarding experiences.
Ensuring high levels of email deliverability and engagement while managing a large-scale email database efficiently.
To excel in this position, the candidate will need to possess significant qualifications and experience:
At least 4 years of experience in email marketing, particularly with a focus on SaaS or software environments.
Proven experience in managing large-scale email databases effectively.
Proficient in email marketing automation tools, with a preference for HubSpot, although other tools will also be considered.
Exceptional copywriting skills tailored towards conversion and engagement-driven emails.
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated capability in reporting and optimizing campaign performance.
Attention to detail in order to guarantee proper segmentation and timely execution of campaigns.
Familiarity with A/B testing and performance optimization techniques.
Basic proficiency in Canva or similar tools to create visual content associated with email campaigns and communications.
