Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Web Developer at Zipdev, you will:

• Development & Implementation

  • Develop and maintain reusable component libraries associated with design systems.
  • Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) strategies to boost performance and SEO.
  • Integrate headless Content Management Systems (CMS) into scalable architectures.
  • Write clean, testable, documentable code while adhering to best practices.
  • Debug, resolve production issues, and participate in incident response activities.

• Performance & Quality

  • Optimize sites to meet Core Web Vitals standards for performance.
  • Implement tools for analytics, tracking, A/B testing, and personalization features.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and cross-browser/device compatibility.
  • Maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, and support Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives.

• Technical Collaboration

  • Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers for accurate implementations.
  • Partner with marketing teams to execute technical SEO requirements.
  • Engage with analytics teams to track and instrument performance metrics.
  • Contribute to documentation, coding standards, and architectural decisions.

Required Skills

The role requires candidates to possess the following skills:

• 5+ years of professional web development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience in frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Astro.
• Advanced capabilities in CSS with hands-on experience in Tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with SSR, SSG, and hybrid rendering models.
