Antora Energy is seeking a dedicated Sr. Technical Program Manager for their Program Management team, focused on delivering zero-carbon industrial heat and power using a novel solid state thermal battery. Among other responsibilities, the role entails detailed project tracking, conflict resolution, tool management for engineering builds, documentation, and regular update presentations. Moreover, the candidate will act as one of the technical interfaces for existing and future grants and contracts supporting pilot projects.
Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience managing new hardware products from inception to deployment, particularly in sectors like industrial or high power systems on aggressive timelines. A bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field is required with mastery in managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
Antora Energy prefers candidates with a technical background in energy hardware, a master's degree in engineering, and experience progressing products from prototype to low-volume production. Additionally, experience in a cross-functional manufacturing environment with team management capabilities is desirable.
