Key Responsibilities

The Director of Marketing will:

  • Strengthen analyst research and rankings presence and develop clear presentations.
  • Build customer relations and showcase their success through co-marketing strategies with partners.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with an MBA as an added advantage.
  • Over 12 years of marketing leadership experience in healthcare or related fields, with proven strategic and executional excellence.
  • An understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and decision-making structures within it.
  • Analytical capabilities using data to inform decisions, exceptional communication skills, and an independent, team-oriented work ethic.
  • A self-starter mindset, driven by growth opportunities.
  • Experience in internal collaborations, creating content, and ABM strategy implementation.
  • The readiness to travel up to 20% for business engagements.
