The Challenge and Role

We are in search of a skilled People Systems Analyst to improve the performance of our human resource technologies. Responsibilities entail optimizing system function, data analysis, and process improvement recommendation based on performance metrics. A good candidate will have HR knowledge, be experienced in HRIS, and be tasked with designing new processes to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage daily system operations, resolve user queries, and continuously enhance the system's performance. The role demands specific process handling, like system configuration, testing, and security, while ensuring coordination with key stakeholders. ADP system knowledge is crucial, as is working with third-party vendors. The position also involves training, managing user inquiries, and maintaining awareness of HRIS technological advancements.

Candidate Expertise and Skills

The ideal candidate will have extensive HRIS management and data analysis experience, expertise with SaaS HR systems, and the capacity to navigate various regulatory environments. They should be able to synthesize complex information and provide insights. High emotional intelligence and a collaborative nature are must-have soft skills, along with a strategic mindset and meticulous attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications
