A solid knowledge of cloud computing concepts, mobile device management, and the expertise to integrate communication products with other systems is also vital. The role calls for the ability to analyze and troubleshoot network performance issues and to work both independently and collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams. A candidate should be able to drive technical problems to clarity and resolution, often in austere environments and unstructured situations.
Preferred candidates will have at least 5 years of related experience and a track record in integrating and troubleshooting networked communications products. Experience with US Military and commercial specialty communications and tactical datalink products are highly desired. The ability to master technical systems, provide support in challenging contexts, and travel extensively, sometimes to remote regions, is fundamental for this role.
