While expertise in Ruby on Rails and Vue.js is preferable, talented developers experienced in similar frameworks like Django + React and willing to switch stacks are also welcome to apply. Additional familiarity with ElasticSearch, AWS, and deployment tools is a benefit. Proficient English language skills and the ability to overlap with Vietnam's work hours are essential.
