The Role of Senior Marketing Operations Analyst

The Senior Marketing Operations Analyst is a key member of the Marketing Ops team, responsible for managing and enhancing the analytics funnel within BMC. The analyst will report to the DataOps manager, focusing on creating insights into marketing and pipeline activity, understanding buying trends, and maintaining data integrity. Duties include analyzing the marketing funnel, using core systems for insights, and identifying areas for improvement to support go-to-market execution.

Qualifications for Success

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Analytics, or Marketing; an MBA is a plus. A minimum of four years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within the tech industry, is expected. Essential technical skills include hands-on experience with Salesforce, Eloqua or Marketo, advanced skills in MS Excel, and familiarity with MSFT BI and/or Tableau.
