Vinter is looking for a talented and experienced senior backend developer to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our workforce, you'll be responsible for managing and refining data structures, constructing robust infrastructure, and crafting cutting-edge financial algorithms. This role is crucial in processing and analyzing a substantial volume of financial data, guaranteeing its integrity, reliability, and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage Vinter's data lake and calculation infrastructure.
• Implement robust data validation and automated calculation processes.
• Organize raw data and build efficient ETL processes.
• Prepare data structures for complex modeling tasks.
• Develop algorithms and prototypes, merging information from diverse datasets.
• Enhance data quality and implement measures to ensure data reliability.
• Collaborate with experts on various projects and automate data distribution methodologies.
• Create data visualization tools using platforms like Streamlit and Dash.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years' experience in data engineering or Python development roles.
• Proven expertise in data models, mining, and advanced segmentation.
• Proficiency in Python and strong command of English.
• Experience in SQL database design and familiarity with ClickHouse, TimescaleDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Availability to work within the 0600 - 2100 UTC window.

Desirable Qualifications

• Relevant degree or certification in Computer Science, IT, or data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Github, as well as monitoring and visualization tools like Grafana and the ELK Stack.
• Knowledge in frameworks like FastAPI and Django, along with a grasp of cryptography and blockchain technologies.
