The role at Flywire involves enhancing the company's B2B vertical by fostering influential customer relationships and guiding them through the customer journey—from onboarding to renewal. This includes holding strategic discussions, managing intricate customer issues, developing an understanding of the client's business, and contributing to the product roadmap based on client feedback.
The selected FlyMate will be responsible for building robust relationships, steering the customer onboarding process, conducting quarterly business reviews, and identifying opportunities to expand client engagement with Flywire's solutions.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field, have at least 5 years of related experience preferably in a SaaS payment business, and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced startup environment. Candidates should also be effective at project management and be located in a west or central time zone.
