Numeral is actively searching for its first Staff Writer to bolster its content. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Marketing and contribute to various company needs including creating blog posts, webpages, ebooks, newsletters, and more with the aim to enhance the company's market presence.
The Staff Writer will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing blog posts on a regular basis and formulating compelling social media posts to disseminate both new and existing content. In collaboration with the Head of Marketing, they will also be required to produce and publish downloadable assets like ebooks, checklists, and others. Their scope will include crafting newsletters, sourcing for relevant topics, and assisting with content strategy.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years' experience in content writing for SaaS companies or in the role of a tech journalist. They should possess at least two years of experience writing for a US audience and should have extensive experience writing research-backed articles. Proficiency in AP-style guidelines is a necessity. The candidate should be tech-savvy, data-focused, and able to work within strict deadlines. Proficiency at project management is crucial.
Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate a passion for ecommerce, understand the fundamentals of SEO and content optimization, have a journalism background or experience working in content for SaaS companies, and have a background in fintech or finance.
The position offers healthcare and insurance if required, plus a stipend for laptop use. It is 100% remote. The monthly salary ranges from USD 2000-3500.
