The Role of a Salesforce Administrator

• Facilitation of user training and technical documentation creation.

Successful Candidate Profile

Prospective candidates should have a Salesforce Administrator Certification, experience on Salesforce & Force platforms, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment. They should be skilled in translating requirements into scalable solutions, change management, governance, and providing end-user training. An understanding of Agile methodologies and SaaS environments is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
