The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition for tech companies, with a dedicated focus on culture and diversity. You'll need a knack for providing top-tier experiences to candidates and hiring managers alike, with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to various roles as needed. Being passionately aligned with our mission in climate technology is a must.
