The Role

The role at Monad Labs is centered on defining and enhancing the Monad event experience and identity. The selected candidate will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for events within the organization and ensuring each event provides an exceptional experience for a diverse audience, including investors, builders, developers, founders, and other ecosystem participants. The ideal candidate is expected to be meticulous, enthusiastic, and driven by a passion for crafting and delivering memorable large-scale social experiences.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities involve developing and implementing an organization-wide events strategy in collaboration with ecosystem and business development teams. The role includes managing the lifecycle of events, from planning and goal-setting to execution and post-event evaluations. It requires collaborative efforts across internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding events, while maintaining high standards and making resourceful decisions in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the candidate will develop elite client experiences for various audience segments, work alongside senior leadership to manage budgets, and ensure adherence to event processes and procedures across the organization.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have over seven years of experience in leading and executing large-scale events. They should bring creative and innovative ideas for client events, coupled with proven execution capabilities. Strong skills in time management, project management, prioritization, and delivery execution are essential, along with effective communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders across global time zones. The role also requires a willingness to travel.



Additional desirable attributes include previous crypto experience, knowledge of the crypto market, industry contacts, and a nuanced understanding of crypto audience preferences at events.

Compensation and Benefits

Monad Labs offers a minimum full-time salary of $200,000, with the final offer potentially varying based on experience and location.
