Uscreen is on the hunt for a talented Web & Marketing Designer to join its dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Marketing team and other associates to position Uscreen as a leader in creative content, leveraging a growth mindset and keen attention to detail to drive visual excellence.
In this role, you will ensure that strategic and seamless experiences are created for users across various touchpoints. Collaborating with marketing, sales, and other departments, you will optimize the customer journey from start to finish. Your tasks include conceptualizing original website designs, creating wireframes and user flows, and executing web design projects to deliver to engineering teams.
Moreover, you will refine the visual language of the Uscreen brand—delving into illustrations, icons, color schemes, typography, animations, and visual elements. Establishing and promoting design guidelines and best practices will be key responsibilities, as will acting as the primary designer for all marketing and brand collateral.
Part of your role includes conducting market research to identify trends and understand customer preferences. You will be tasked with presenting design concepts to stakeholders and collaborating with various internal teams to produce meaningful design solutions for product launches and campaigns. Staying updated on the latest design and technology trends, you’ll make strategic recommendations to enhance Uscreen’s online presence.
The ideal candidate possesses 4-5 years of experience in brand design in a fast-paced creative environment. A robust portfolio demonstrating creative prowess across multiple media types is essential. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, and UX/UI design is expected. A strong foundation in design principles, typography, and color theory will help in communicating conceptual ideas effectively.
Uscreen values individuals who can work independently, prioritize effectively, and iterate quickly while being open to feedback. Candidates with experience in animation or those who have collaborated with product managers and engineers are preferred.
