Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates residing in Europe.
Compensation: Fixed Salary.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing technical talent, specifically within a software engineering company or a technical recruitment agency in the EMEA region.
Proven experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to achieve deliverables for the talent team.
Expertise in identifying and engaging with both passive and active talent through diverse sourcing channels.
Capability to build sourcing strategies for critical talent pipelines.
Strong collaboration skills with the Talent Team and hiring managers to establish proactive candidate pipelines.
Fluency in functioning within an agile and remote environment with the ability to quickly transition focus.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for sourcing, monitoring, and managing candidates.
Expertise in Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing methodologies.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Key Responsibilities
Focusing on talent attraction for technology hiring in the EMEA region or South America.
Identifying and engaging with top talent while distinguishing varying levels of skilled individuals.
Responsible for screening candidates, assessing both their technical skills and cultural fit within the company.
Providing market insights to shape and drive recruitment strategy effectively.
Consulting with the broader Talent Team and Hiring Managers on the best recruitment practices.
Compiling and presenting results promptly, ensuring accuracy is maintained.
