Role Overview

As the Sr. Marketing Analyst, your primary responsibility is to support the Marketing organization by providing insights and recommendations aimed at improving campaign performance, driving revenue growth, and enhancing customer engagement. This pivotal role requires an individual with experience in B2B SaaS marketing and a deep understanding of how marketing can accelerate a company's growth.

Successful candidates will possess excellent relationship-building skills, thrive in a fast-paced and team-focused environment, and have a penchant for problem-solving with marketers. Essential skills include analytical, communication, and data visualization competencies. This position reports to the VP of Finance and Strategy and directly supports the priorities set by the Chief Marketing Officer, alongside the Marketing Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities

The Sr. Marketing Analyst will take on various responsibilities, including:

  • Analyzing the Marketing funnel both pre-sale and post-sale to extract insights and actionable recommendations to enhance marketing program performance, especially focusing on Customer Lifecycle initiatives for adoption and expansion.
  • Developing dashboards and visualization tools for monitoring campaign performance and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Conducting recurring performance analyses across all Marketing channels and leading web reporting analytics using GA4.
  • Strategizing to increase web traffic, optimize site experiences, and generate more leads.
  • Recommending multi-touch attribution models to refine understanding of sales and marketing touchpoints.
  • Collaborating with Marketing leadership to address core questions and provide insights.
  • Collaborating with Finance on budget development, and working with the CMO and Marketing Leadership Team to optimize marketing investments.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates should have over five years of experience in marketing analytics, statistics, or data science, with a strong grasp of the GTM motion. Proficiency in industry-best marketing analytical approaches such as Multi-Touch Attribution, Marketing Mix Modeling, A/B testing, and other methodologies is essential. Experience with data visualization tools like Sigma Computing and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics is also required. Candidates should be deeply collaborative, curious, entrepreneurial, and possess strong data storytelling and visualization skills. Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo is beneficial.



Compensation and Benefits

The total budgeted cash compensation for this role ranges from $105,490 to $150,700 USD, depending on the current skills, experience, and market demands.
