Experience and Qualifications

An ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of senior HR experience, with at least 4 years in fast-growing or remote-first companies. Experience with managing remote teams, global HR practices, and budgeting is necessary. A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field is essential, though a psychology background is supported if complemented by business-focused education.

The Head of HR should be comfortable with both strategic planning and day-to-day HR operations. They must thrive in dynamic environments, be skilled in developing HR solutions that align with rapid growth, and have a deep understanding of diverse cultures and global HR practices.
