Your Role: Full-Cycle Recruiter

Reporting to the Manager of Business Recruiting, you will be an integral part of SeatGeek's recruiting team, helping to scale our business operations. You will collaborate with hiring leads across various departments, including Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Client Experience, to ensure not only the growth but also the quality of our talent pool.

As a full-cycle recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the hiring process from the initial kickoff meeting to the final hire. Your role requires you to serve as a strategic partner for hiring managers, offering valuable insights into the candidate market. You will oversee between 6 to 10 requisitions at any given time, balancing the need for efficiency and quality in our fast-paced environment.

Innovative Hiring Strategies

Your role will involve devising new strategies to source the highest quality candidates for our roles. You will actively source candidates, promoting SeatGeek as a desirable workplace. This does not just stop at finding candidates; you will also be required to report on your roles to the recruiting team and individual hiring leads, using insights from metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Your expertise will also be utilized in identifying relevant recruiting projects, such as interview training, employer branding, and enhancing the candidate experience. These projects will be pursued with a metric-driven approach, ensuring they are seen through from ideation to execution.

What You Bring

Successful candidates will have over 5 years of business recruiting experience in a high-growth environment. With an established network of qualified candidates and resources, you possess an uncanny ability to build trust and influence those around you. Your data-driven approach and high sense of urgency will push you and your team towards greater results.
