Role and Responsibilities of the Head of Analytics Marketing

The Head of Analytics Marketing at Thrasher is instrumental in evolving our platform that orchestrates ad expenditure across various marketing avenues and ecommerce structures. This role includes leveraging analytics to evaluate the platform's performance and taking a leadership stance to collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing sectors. Specific responsibilities involve using data-driven insights to innovate and optimize marketing spends, partnering with data science and engineering teams to implement these large-scale solutions effectively. Harnessing a profound understanding of statistics and technical coding abilities (Python, R, SQL, etc.) is key to performing advanced analytics on extensive datasets for opportunity identification and hypothesis testing. Furthermore, the job emphasizes sustaining operational excellence via real-time monitoring, alert creation, and process automation to swiftly adapt to market and behavioral shifts affecting customers and suppliers. Clear communication of the team's vision and progress to C-level executives is essential, as is assembling a high-performing team of analysts to manage and distribute workloads efficiently across them.



Qualifications and Preferred Skills

Compensation Details

At Thrasher, we uphold the principle of equitable and fair compensation for all employees. As of this posting, the projected base annual salary for this role spans from $135,000 to $215,000.
