Minimum Qualifications

Meta requires candidates to possess a Bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent in areas like Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, Management, or a related field. This should be accompanied by three years of relevant work experience. In the absence of a Bachelor’s degree, an additional two years of experience may be considered acceptable. The company is open to any suitable combination of education, training, or experience for this role.



Additional required experience includes a minimum of 36 months in the following areas:

  • Managing the delivery of at least one software product
  • Technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications or media products
  • Designing simple and intuitive user interfaces
  • Creating examples through wireframes and mockups
  • Developing social products, technologies, or platforms
  • Working within a global Workforce Management Operations environment, focused on driving efficiency and effectiveness across a distributed workforce
  • Collaborating in a technical environment with a broad, cross-functional team
  • Delivering technical presentations
  • Analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making data-driven decisions
  • Gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, developing them into a product solution
  • Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design
