Responsibilities include spearheading change management, collaborating on organizational design and strategy, and implementing people initiatives to engage and retain talent. The Director will work in close alignment with cross-functional stakeholders, hence facilitating the achievement of business objectives. The PBP team has historically set exceptionally high standards, and Vanta is seeking thoughtful, practical, and business-minded partners to maintain or raise this bar.
Candidate responsibilities include: serving as a thought partner to senior leaders; being the primary contact for people-related matters among the global Revenue team; providing guidance on areas such as performance management, change management, and employee relations; driving a high-performance culture; collecting and analyzing data for insights; assessing organizational health and effectiveness; and managing critical People programs. Additionally, the role involves hiring and leading a team of People Business Partners in support of the growing Revenue organization.
Desired qualifications include over ten years of experience as a PBP supporting senior leaders, particularly within a global Revenue organization, and five years of people leadership experience. Candidates should exhibit strategic thinking, strong HR knowledge, business acumen, an ability to think creatively in solving problems, and excellent communication skills. A proven track record of making data-driven decisions and taking initiative is critical.
