HomeLister seeking a Digital Marketing Manager, reporting to the Head, VP of Marketing.  This position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our digital marketing campaigns across various channels, with an emphasis on paid-per-click (PPC) campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, and including Facebook Ads, display advertising, and re-marketing.

What You Will Do:

  • ·Manage all aspects of our digital marketing campaigns, from budget planning, executing, optimization and reporting
  • Key focus on the Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook Ads platforms
  • Perform new campaign, keyword and ad build outs
  • Optimization of campaigns, including campaign structure, ad types, and smart bidding strategies
  • Developing new ad creative, in both text and graphic formats, that are optimized and compliant
  • Managing complex negative keyword matching strategies
  • Using various tools, from vendor portals to Google Analytics and Looker, analyze and report on performance and perform optimization for the best possible ROI
  • Work alongside our New Customer Acquisition Marketing Manager and the Head, VP of Marketing on overall digital marketing and specific campaign strategies
  • Always Be Testing – Continuous A/B testing of headlines, ad copy, extensions, placements, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates on signups and orders
  • Conduct marketing research, research competitors and stay up to date on industry advertising trends and updates
  • Collaborate with our marketing, design, product and development teams on creative and tools to improve campaign performance and attribution
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements – Must Have:

  • Min. 5 years of digital marketing experience with an emphasis on SEM / paid search
  • Strong understanding of web, e-commerce, SaaS, and user best practices
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Advertising and Google Ads platforms
  • Preferred certification in Google Ads
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs office suite
  • Deep experience with Google Analytics
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high priority initiatives
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent industry experience
  • 100% remote and must be legally authorized to work in the US
  • Ability to work in West Coast time zone (PST)
