Growth Marketing Specialist

As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you play an integral role in growing the demand generation function of Bayzat and leveraging the product to acquire loyal customers at scale. Your responsibilities entail helping to identify growth opportunities and key traction channels.
To excel in this role, you have a strong marketing and analytical background with a drive to scale customer acquisition. You are well versed on how to use different digital channels and are an excellent collaborator who works closely with other departments.
You thrive on experimentation and constantly seek out ways to improve the trajectory of key business metrics. You are a systematic thinker that has experience with business growth through data analysis application across the entire prospect-to-customer funnel.
This jack-of-all-trades position requires a holistic view and ownership of multiple initiatives to grow inbound/outbound demand generation coupled with proactiveness when crafting and scaling experiments.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, scope, and execute growth experiments across different channels to achieve key business objectives.
  • Build campaigns and initiatives at scale from planning to execution while ensuring that they are aligned and relevant for local execution.
  • Fully own the marketing funnel optimization from awareness through retention and help improve conversion rates across different stages.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and other business functions to transform ideas into compelling and personalised messages and product experiences.
  • Lead our email marketing automation process from A-Z for both prospecting and nurturing stages.
  • Work with the BI and data teams to unlock tangible insights that help improve our overall performance as a department and move the needle.
  • Deeply examine and analyse current campaigns and creatives across paid channels to provide the performance team with actionable insights to improve performance and target metrics.
  • Actively work with the SEO and development teams to run A/B testing experiments to improve our conversion rates and increase inbound lead volume.
  • Challenge the status quo and bring new innovative ideas to the marketing department.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Extensive experience across the following: Lead Generation,¬†Copywriting and conversion optimization (landing pages, email campaigns and ad copies), Email Marketing, Paid Media OR SEO
  • B2B marketing experience, preferably SaaS.

  • Strong analytical, program management and troubleshooting skills coupled with the ability to use data to drive actionable insights.
  • Experience in managing, developing and optimising digital marketing budgets across channels and initiatives.
  • Fluent in Arabic (preferred).
  • Bonus: if you have worked on growing a Sales-Led Tech B2B SaaS company before.
