As the Senior SEO Specialist, the successful applicant will be responsible for strategizing and executing most of the company's SEO initiatives. Collaboration with various company departments will be key to promoting an understanding and agreement with proposed SEO strategies.
The role will involve identifying areas of technical SEO improvement for a custom CMS and liaising with development teams to implement new strategies. It is also about the creation, testing, and implementing of market-leading content and technical SEO strategies. The job requires keeping tabs on competitor activities and Google algorithm changes and making necessary adjustments. The Senior SEO Specialist will also need to identify new SEO growth opportunities.
Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience in a senior SEO role and have managed SEO strategy for a website with a minimum of 1m+ organic search traffic per month. Requirements include a deep understanding and proven experience with SEO-related aspects like tech SEO gap analysis, keyword research & strategies, and SEO-content creation. Expertise with various tools like Google Analytics and Ahrefs is necessary. Management experience and strong project management skills are a must.
