Promoting client satisfaction through meaningful test coverage, driving code quality, and reducing QA engineer workload will also be their duty.
The job calls for superior educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related Software Engineering Qualification. Experience needs include 5 years of hands-on software development experience, 3 years in an Agile environment, and experience in managing a software development team. Exposure to e-commerce platform development is recommended. Leadership skills required are in-depth understanding of software development, excellent communication, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, the ability to drive innovation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and mentorship.
