Job Opening: Web3 Growth Lead

Currently, Atomic is on the lookout for a full-time Web3 Growth Lead. The ideal candidate would onboard a stealth Web3 company in Atomic's portfolio, which is poised to experience significant growth.

Job Responsibilities

The new hire would be tasked with devising user acquisition strategies and growth loops to enhance user acquisition and retention for consumer products. This entails creating engaging content across popular platforms like Twitter, Youtube, TikTok, and through long-form editorials. The candidate would also play a critical role in fostering brand recognition among crypto users through organic social, community, and partnership efforts. They would also work closely with the product and growth marketing team to devise value propositions and contribute to the product roadmap. Managing and growing the community across social channels, particularly Discord, is also a part of the role.

Job Requirements

Atomic seeks candidates who have a deep-rooted interest in the Web3 space and a desire to build a generational company therein. Previous experience in the Web3 domain would be advantageous, but an entrepreneurial spirit, combined with an analytical approach to problem-solving, could compensate.
