As a Client Success Associate, your main duties will include nurturing long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, scaling client accounts, and providing feedback to the Product and Engineering teams. A focus on key metrics such as Gross Churn, Net Churn, and Expansion will be crucial, as well as conducting Executive Business Reviews with clients and presenting Success metrics to the Director.
In the first 30, 60, and 90 days, you will go through immersive onboarding, gain robust product knowledge, manage a client portfolio, and understand key concepts to ensure client success. By the end of the first year, you should have strong product knowledge, exhibit troubleshooting expertise, and contribute to large-scale projects, upgrading skills through ongoing workshops.
Humi is looking for candidates with at least 2 years of customer success, sales, or account management experience. Strong communication, strategic planning, and an analytical mindset are essential. Applicants should be team players, self-starters, and adept at multitasking in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of Zendesk, Hubspot, Notion, and Slack, as well as sales experience, is advantageous.
