Role Description

The Account Executive position at Givebutter is crucial for the rapid assistance of nonprofits looking to join the platform. Account Executives are responsible for managing the inbound lead pipeline and demonstrating the full capabilities of Givebutter to prospective clients through needs assessments and demos. A key focus of the role is to facilitate efficient onboarding, aiming to reduce the waiting time for demos to accelerate adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Account Executives at Givebutter lead client engagements with a focus on needs assessments and personalized solution demos. High sales closure and retention rates are expected, as is the achievement of aggressive revenue goals. These executives are also tasked with understanding customer profiles, outbound lead generation, and daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of sales metrics.


A successful candidate will have over five years of experience in SaaS sales with a solid history in the nonprofit sector. Skills in communication, cold outreach, email management, sales CRMs, product demos, and full-cycle sales are imperative. Candidates should be driven, process-oriented, and eager to grow within the company's sales division.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a base salary of $70,000-$80,000 with a 40% bonus/commission structure. High achievers can potentially earn upwards of $140,000 annually.
