The role entails devising product design strategies in line with company goals, enhancing the existing design processes, and fostering collaboration across teams to translate product vision into functional design. The Senior Product Designer will develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, engage in user research, and adopt emerging design trends, especially within the crypto space, to refine product offerings.
Candidates must bring a minimum of 5 years in product design, with at least 1 year specifically in the crypto/web3 sector. A strong portfolio, proficiency in design tools like Figma, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required. Experience in handling complex information architectures and working remotely is also a must.
Preference will be given to candidates with additional skills including frontend development, product management, an acute understanding of web3 design challenges, experience in designing data-intensive interfaces, and those who have demonstrated involvement in onchain activities.
