To be considered for the Academic Advisor role, candidates are required to meet the following criteria:
A Bachelor's Degree in Higher Education, a Related Business Discipline, or a similar field. A Master's Degree is preferred but not mandatory.
A minimum of three to five years of relevant work experience is essential, preferably within a higher education environment. However, candidates with a Master’s Degree may apply even without the stipulated experience.
A demonstrated passion for empowering students and ensuring their academic success will be a key trait sought in candidates.
This position falls under Grade: 8 - 40, with an approximate salary range of $46,870 to $56,250. This salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
