You will be expected to execute a consultative sales process that aligns client issues and needs with our solutions. Achieving and surpassing renewal and upsell quotas will be a significant goal, as well as accurately forecasting opportunities and maintaining updated client relationship management (CRM) records.
Successful candidates will need to possess a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree, along with a minimum of three years of individual, quota-carrying sales experience. Experience managing and growing client accounts for a similar duration is also essential. We are looking for someone with a proven track record as a top performer, particularly in managing complex, large-scale clients.
Negotiation and closing skills are paramount, as the role involves negotiating and closing annual and multi-year service contracts. You should exhibit a powerful work ethic, be energetic, humorous, compassionate, and enthusiastic about your work. Superior communication and exceptional closing skills are also required to excel in this position.
