Job Description

The AI Solutions Architect will be joining the operational company Hurricane Labs, a cybersecurity services provider that specializes in Security Operations and SIEM services. This role is specifically designed for someone who can build and deploy production-grade AI systems that enhance and replicate real-world workflows. The primary goal is to automate and optimize processes across Security Operations, SIEM platform support, engineering, and customer experience. Unlike roles focused on prompt-engineering or API integration, this position emphasizes the architecture of intelligent systems that can translate human decision-making into efficient AI-driven processes.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the AI Solutions Architect include:

• Designing AI systems that improve alert enrichment, investigation assistance, and risk scoring.

• Providing high-confidence recommendations for alert disposition to boost operational efficiency.

• Enhancing investigation depth and consistency, thereby improving analyst efficiency.

• Implementing AI-driven ticket triage and health monitoring for operational excellence.

• Supporting troubleshooting and conducting break/fix investigations.

• Converting rough use case ideas into structured detection logic.

Salary and Work Arrangement

The targeted base compensation for this full-time role ranges from $100,000 to $125,000 annually. This position supports remote work, with a preference for candidates residing in the Central Standard Time (CST) and Eastern Standard Time (EST) zones. Regrettably, candidates located outside the United States cannot be accepted at this time, as the position does not provide relocation assistance.
