Responsibilities

Compensation

The Analyst will undertake a variety of compensation-related tasks, including:

  • Responding to compensation and recognition queries from team members across the company.
  • Working with People Business Partners and hiring managers to create salary recommendations for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Compiling and analyzing market-based compensation data to ensure offerings are competitive.
  • Participating in compensation surveys and supporting job evaluation and documentation to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Maintaining compliance and consistency in compensation decisions and assisting in the development of standard operating procedures for salary administration.

Benefits

In the area of employee benefits, the Analyst will:

  • Serve as a liaison between vendors and employees regarding benefits eligibility and coverage.
  • Support employees with leave of absence processes and oversight of benefits programs in line with federal and state guidelines.
  • Contribute to the annual review and renewal of benefits plans, ensuring compliance with plan documents and vendor agreements.

HRIS

The Analyst will also engage with the HRIS functions, including:

  • Maintaining employee data integrity within the HRIS.
  • Auditing data accuracy and coordinating data cleanup efforts.
  • Providing analytical support to enhance reporting and efficiency within the HRIS.

Additional Responsibilities

Beyond the core responsibilities, the Analyst will:

  • Assist in developing marketing materials for Total Rewards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To ensure effectiveness in this role, candidates must possess the following:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in total rewards, compensation, benefits, or HR reporting.
  • Proficiency in using job evaluation and benchmarking tools, applicant tracking systems, and HRIS software.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of requests effectively.
  • Proficiency in the Google Suite.
