  • Collaborate with the credit team to arrange payment schedules for overdue accounts and conduct biweekly meetings with business leaders to assess the status of open receivables.

  • Maintain effective working relationships with various departments, including Credit, Account Management, Sales, and Legal, to streamline collections and resolve issues regarding past-due accounts.

  • Partner with the Accounts Receivable manager to identify process improvements and assist in finance accounting month-end close processes when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Potential candidates for the AR Collections Specialist role should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, especially in B2B accounts receivable or collections. Experience in a startup environment is a plus.

  • Previous stakeholder management experience with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both external and internal clients.
