Collaboration and Reporting: Act as a formal liaison between the artwork team and internal business partners, ensuring effective communication of updates and addressing areas for improvement. Additionally, you will provide metrics and reporting on the operational performance of artwork initiatives.
To be successful in this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in areas such as Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or IT Systems Deployment is mandatory.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years in roles related to Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or IT Systems Deployment is necessary, along with at least 7 years in Operational Excellence and Management Consulting. A combination of experience or education may be considered if relevant.
Certification Preferred: Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC) is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) is essential, with strong skills in pivot tables and charts. Familiarity with tools such as Visio, MIRO Boards, and Lucid Charts for business process mapping is crucial.
Data Analysis: Previous data analysis and reporting experience, particularly in a compliance setting (awareness of GxPs), is required.
