For ICF Coaches, a minimum of 200 coaching hours is mandatory. Candidates holding qualifications in counseling or clinical psychology must have completed at least 300 clinical hours post-graduation.
Proficiency in English and a local language is necessary.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), counseling adults, or coaching in managerial roles.
