  2. Acting as the first point of contact for tier 1 benefits-related inquiries via the HR/Benefits service desk system, catering to global locations.

  3. Creating and enhancing self-service content that provides clear insights regarding benefits and leave programs, making it easier for employees and managers to access necessary information.

  4. Supporting the rollout of enhanced family leave programs, such as parental, maternity, and paternity leaves, across the EMEA and APAC regions.

  5. Partnering with HR Operations to pinpoint process inefficiencies and developing scalable solutions that facilitate growth while ensuring operational excellence.

  6. Collaborating closely with Payroll to ensure accuracy and reconcile benefits data, helping to minimize errors in payroll processing.

  7. Regularly auditing benefit programs to uphold compliance with global regulations and best practices in the industry.

  8. Managing financial aspects related to benefits, including invoice processing and reconciliations to ensure financial accountability.

  9. Coordinating with benefit brokers and vendors to ensure a seamless benefits offboarding experience for departing employees and assisting with post-employment benefits queries such as pension transfers.
