As a Campus Ambassador at Unitek Learning, your primary responsibility is to foster an inviting and professional atmosphere on campus for both current and prospective students. This role involves effective communication with the remote enrollment team and requires strong interpersonal skills to enhance the student experience.
In this role, you will:
Welcome and greet students and visitors to create a warm atmosphere.
Act as a liaison between the remote enrollment team and the campus, aiding communication to facilitate prospective students' applications.
Organize and lead various campus events such as open houses and student appreciation activities to engage current and potential students.
Conduct and guide prospective applicants through the campus enrollment process by arranging necessary resources like video conferencing sessions.
Offer personalized tours of the campus, highlighting unique features and resources that cater to students' needs.
Provide backup support at the Front Desk, handling inquiries related to campus services.
Assist students in distributing essential materials and supplies as they prepare for the start of a new term.
Contribute to external student events including graduations, career fairs, and community services.
Support special initiatives aimed at improving student connections and engagement on campus and through phone communications.
Handle operational tasks such as processing transcripts and troubleshooting issues faced by students.
Make and receive calls from current or prospective students regarding campus events.
Maintain professionalism in conduct and appearance at all times.
To be considered for the Campus Ambassador role, the following qualifications are required:
A High School Diploma is necessary for this position.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing customer service role.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage various priorities effectively.
A profound passion for education, along with empathy and kindness towards all students.
Capability to present confidently to both individuals and larger groups.
Proficiency in computer skills, especially with video and web conferencing tools as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office.
The salary range for this role is between $28 - $32 per hour. Employment also includes a comprehensive benefits package:
