Candidates must possess a range of core skills and experiences:
8-10+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or interaction design, particularly in an early-stage startup environment.
Strong English communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with a global remote team.
Familiarity with B2C digital products, especially those in gaming, marketplaces, or social platforms, especially inventory management tools.
Ability to design with a focus on engagement, understanding gamification and habit-forming UX strategies.
An adaptable mindset, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Teamplayer qualities, demonstrated through collaboration with developers, product managers, and marketing teams.
