Role Expectations

Supporting the Marketing Manager in the organization of A&H Equipment events.
Creating, editing, and distributing various marketing materials, including digital content, brochures, presentations, and emails as approved by the Marketing Manager.
Assisting social media channels by building content and creating content schedules to drive engagement.
Partnering with the IT team to maintain marketing mailing lists.
Supporting marketing campaigns as directed, tracking their effectiveness, and reporting findings to the Marketing Manager.
Coordinating with external vendors, printers, and media contacts.
Traveling to industry events and customer-facing opportunities throughout Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio, which may account for up to 50% of the work.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess the following skills and qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a marketing support or administrative role is highly preferred, including internship experience.
Proficiency with graphic design or video editing is a plus but not necessary.
A working knowledge of social media platforms and email marketing tools is preferred.
Proficiency in using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or HubSpot is required.
Familiarity with CRM platforms like MS Dynamics and/or CDK is advantageous.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing performance metrics is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills to represent the company professionally during travels.

Salary and Benefits

The base salary for the Marketing Specialist role ranges between $54,500 to $62,500 per year, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience. Along with the competitive salary, the position offers the potential for skill development and growth within the company.
