Validating UI quality and UX behaviors in deliverables from development teams.
Contributing to the creation of the new Design System in collaboration with fellow designers.
To qualify for this role, candidates should possess a strong background in user interface design, particularly focused on mobile applications. Key requirements include:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in user-centered interface design.
A degree or certificate in Interaction Design, User-Centered Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience.
Excellent listening skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Strong analytical thinking and synthesis abilities.
A Lean UX approach and the capability to simplify complex problems while addressing technical constraints.
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
Ability to adapt UX/UI mock-ups across multiple platforms (Web, iOS, Android).
Experience in Agile environments.
Proficiency in Figma and its advanced features.
Familiarity with software tools such as Miro, Slack, Pendo, Jira, and Confluence.
