Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Leadership

As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, emphasizing exceptional candidate experiences and strategic hiring plans. Your focus will include:

  • Leading high-performing teams in various global regions
  • Creating and optimizing recruitment processes tailored for local market needs
  • Utilizing recruiting metrics tracking for data-informed decision-making

Systems and Process Management

You will oversee the global Applicant Tracking System (ATS) strategy, which involves:

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should possess:



  • At least 8 years of talent acquisition experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a management role

  • Familiarity with international hiring practices across multiple regions
  • Experience implementing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; having a sense of humor is an added advantage
  • Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, GSuite, Slack, and LinkedIn Recruiter
