Job Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Account Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the full sales cycle for enterprise clients across Europe, from discovery to negotiation and closing.

  • Leading intricate multi-stakeholder deals, involving stakeholders such as CTOs, CIOs, and other business leaders.

  • Shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy for Europe in collaboration with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), especially in a pre-product-market fit environment.

  • Working closely with a Business Development Manager to ensure pipeline generation and capture strategic opportunities.

  • Collaborating with Product and Delivery teams to create customized solutions based on client needs and driving revenue growth through new business and strategies such as upselling and cross-selling with existing accounts.

Required Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Enterprise B2B sales in Europe, showcasing a consistent record of achieving quotas.

  • Proven skills in closing complex deals valued at $100K+ with extended sales cycles ranging from 3 to 6 months or more.

  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes involving 5 or more stakeholders, notably at C-level positions.

  • Strong account planning skills, enabling candidates to strategize over extended time frames.

  • The ability to function optimally in a 0-1 environment, refining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and shaping a go-to-market approach.

  • A high degree of ownership and autonomy with strong consultative selling skills, ideally familiar with methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1+ proficiency).

  • A strong understanding of deal complexity, stakeholder dynamics, and the long-term relationship-building necessary for enterprise clients.

  • Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or HR Tech.
