Drive commercial outcomes by leading renewal discussions and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services in collaboration with the commercial account management team.
Ensure clients achieve maximum ROI post-implementation by executing a well-structured onboarding plan.
Advocate for clients internally, addressing challenges with the product and collaborating with internal teams to funnel client feedback into product development and marketing initiatives.
Organize quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to discuss operational goals, product usage, and strengthen the client relationship, alongside annual executive business reviews (EBRs) to align strategic initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and market competitions to offer clients the best advice and guidance.
Proactively manage the client portfolio's success, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and alignment with clients’ business objectives.
The ideal candidate for the Enterprise Client Success Manager position should possess a range of skills and experiences, including:
A minimum of 3 years in Client Success, Consulting, Sales, or Marketing, particularly working with enterprise clients (with 10,000+ employees).
A strong orientation towards understanding and assisting clients, delivering high-value outcomes, and maintaining strong relationships at the corporate/B2B C-suite level.
Exceptional presentation skills, client management abilities, and written communication skills along with familiarity with basic sales processes.
A distinct understanding of value-driven knowledge in models associated with recurring revenue businesses.
Experience within a SaaS environment is highly desirable, demonstrating an ability to conduct training and demo sessions in remote setups.
