To qualify for this position, candidates should possess the following:
A technical degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience in a Service Desk or Help Desk support role is essential.
Strong proficiency in Windows and Office 365 is needed.
Intermediate skills in Excel are required to handle data and reports effectively.
Familiarity with ITSM tools and experience managing user accounts and access control in Active Directory.
