Key Responsibilities

Qualifications Needed

For IDI Underwriter:

• 3-5 years of experience in disability insurance underwriting or similar analytical roles.

For Senior IDI Underwriter:

• 6-10 years of experience in disability insurance underwriting, specifically dealing with complex cases.

Regardless of the position, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience, coupled with a solid grounding in medical and financial analysis related to risk assessment.

Salary Information

The listed salary range for the IDI Underwriter role is between $64,250 to $94,000. For the Senior IDI Underwriter, the anticipated salary falls between $74,500 to $108,750. Additionally, employees benefit from eligibility for performance-based incentive programs, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits, along with a starting PTO accrual of 164 hours per annum. Furthermore, employees are entitled to 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days annually.
