The key responsibilities of the Flächenakquisiteur include:
Identifying suitable locations for photovoltaic, wind, and storage projects in collaboration with the GIS team.
Proactively recognizing planning risks and constraints, particularly concerning planning law and potential environmental impacts.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with landowners and representatives of public institutions, such as municipalities.
Independently conducting negotiations and concluding lease agreements for wind farm, photovoltaic, and storage projects.
Securing infrastructure parcels for access roads and grid connections to support project development.
Actively contributing to the acquisition process by developing new approaches to land security.
Supporting the expansion of the project pipeline and the successful execution of Greenfield development strategies.
Candidates interested in this position should possess:
A successfully completed education or degree in a relevant field.
A minimum of three years’ experience in land acquisition, ideally within photovoltaic, wind, or hybrid projects. Experience in agriculture, real estate, or related fields is also beneficial.
Deep understanding of municipal decision-making processes and collaboration with public institutions.
Strong project management skills, solid organizational capabilities, and the ability to identify planning risks early.
Experience in building and maintaining relationships with landowners and public entities.
A customer-focused and goal-oriented work approach combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
High willingness to travel and enjoyment of fieldwork activities; a Class B driver’s license is required.
Fluent in German, with good English language skills.
