Position Overview

Forward Push Law Firm Marketing is actively seeking a Creative Strategist & Content Lead to join their team in a full-time remote position. Job Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

The role requires the development of content strategies that align with client objectives and brand positioning. You will leverage your writing skills and the functionalities of AI tools to create and enhance various types of content including:

Blog articles
Social media captions
Short-form video scripts
Webpages
Press releases
Case studies

Beyond drafting original content, you are expected to edit AI-generated drafts for quality, clarity, and tone to ensure that final submissions are engaging and accurate. You will also be involved in creating simple visuals to enrich the overall content output.

Workflow & Systems Ownership

Managing day-to-day content workflows using ClickUp is critical, as you will ensure that tasks move smoothly from initial ideas to final publication. Maintaining organized records and timelines is necessary to keep the workflow effective and transparent. Collaborating with operations for system improvements and reporting is also a key aspect of this role.

Publishing & Optimization

In this capacity, you will also handle the formatting and publishing of blogs, social posts, and videos, as well as scheduling social media content. Applying SEO best practices, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring effective internal cross-collaboration are all critical to your success in this role.

Qualifications

Familiarity with SEO principles and content performance metrics, alongside proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Experience in managing workflows, ideally using software like ClickUp.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary attributes.
A self-starter attitude with a capacity to work independently is essential.
Willingness to adhere to U.S. East Coast (ET) working hours.
